Help CenterA Bonus Account is any trading account issued without payment as part of:
- Marketing campaigns
- Promotions or giveaways
- Test access distributions
- Influencer or partner programs
- Internal evaluation or platform testing
Any account granted free of charge for testing or promotional purposes is classified as a Bonus Account, regardless of balance size or stage.
Because no financial contribution is made by the trader, the company assumes 100% of the capital risk. For this reason, stricter rules apply compared to paid challenge accounts.
Bonus Accounts are treated as Funded Accounts from the challenge stage.
Specific Rules for Bonus Accounts
Profit Withdrawal Policy
Bonus Accounts are issued at the sole discretion of Era Trade.
Era Trade reserves the full right to:
- Approve or decline any profit withdrawal
- Review trading behavior before payout decisions
- Terminate the account without payout in cases of suspicious, abusive, or non-professional trading behavior
Issuance of a Bonus Account does not create a guaranteed right to profit withdrawal. All decisions regarding payouts remain at the company’s discretion.
Validity Period
A Bonus Account is active for a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of issuance. After 30 days, the account automatically becomes invalid, regardless of performance. Expired accounts cannot be reactivated or extended unless explicitly approved by the company.
Maximum Risk per Trading Idea
For Bonus Accounts: Maximum risk per trading idea: strictly limited to 1% of initial balance
A trading idea includes:
- All positions opened simultaneously at the same price level, on the same symbol and in the same direction
- Positions opened and closed within one price movement on the same symbol and direction within 60 minutes
Important:
- Daily drawdown limits (4–5%) still apply.
- The 1% rule cannot be bypassed by splitting entries.
- Excess exposure on a single idea results in immediate violation.
Bonus Accounts are a privilege, not a contractual entitlement.
They are designed to identify disciplined, consistent traders capable of managing risk responsibly. Strict conditions protect the stability of Era Trade, the integrity of trading data, and the sustainability of the prop trading model.
Traders who demonstrate professional behavior may qualify for paid challenges, funded accounts, and long-term cooperation.
